We are very pleased to invite you to our Speaker Event 2017 of the Oxford Society Munich. It is a great pleasure to announce HRH Prinz Luitpold von Bayern (“König Ludwig International“) as our speaker. The expertise of the Royal family of Bavaria in the brewing business can be traced back to 1260. Over almost 800 centuries the Royal family reached important milestones such as the Purity Law of 1516, the wheat beer monopoly, the foundation of the Brewing University at Freising, the beer garden edict and the world famous Oktoberfest.
Prinz Luitpold will offer first-hand insight into how brewing know-how, quality and brand management have been developed over the centuries, making the brand “König Ludwig International“ an international success. We are honoured that Prinz Luitpold will join us for what might be called the most royal of Munich’s beer tastings after the talk.
