An Evening of Royal Music: The Queen’s Six

Fresh from singing at the wedding of HRH Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, their voices can be heard once again at the Theatinerkirche: “The Queen’s Six” number among the world’s leading a cappella ensembles. Their members live and work as “Lay Clerks” within the walls of Windsor Castle, where they sing eight service a week at the historic St. George’s Chapel, as well as regularly for the Royal Family at private and state occasions. This year, they are celebrating their 10th anniversary with extensive world tours, including (among others) the USA, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

At 7pm on Tuesday 17th July 2018, these charismatic performers bring the “royal treatment” to the Theatinerkirche. Please join us for an evening of tight harmony and characteristic British wit. Members of the Oxford Alumni Society and their guests enjoy reserved front row seating. It will be our privilege to meet the artists over dinner and drinks after the concert at the Bratwurstglöckerl.

Invitations are sent out via email. Please RSVP by 10th July!
